Difficulty: ✿✿

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon orange concentrate (regular orange juice is fine)

  • 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil

  • ½ tablespoon sake wine (though any cooking wine will do)

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • ¼ teaspoon ginger puree (ground ginger is fine as well)

  • ¼ teaspoon orange zest

  • ⅛ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper (add more if desired for more spice)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Pour the mix into a pan and turn the heat up to high so that the sauce thickens up; once it starts bubbling is usually when it is done.

  3. Pour over or use as a dipping sauce, it is delicious either way; enjoy!
