Melanie's Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon oats

  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk

  • Sprinkle of vanilla bean powder/1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Sprinkle of cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend the ingredients.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
